Carter has been working in property management since 2021 after graduating from Utah State University with a bachelor's degree in American Studies and minors in International Studies and Gender Studies. Originally from Blacksburg, Virginia she has lived in Cache Valley since 2013. As a renter herself she understands the perspective of both tenants and property owners and strives to provide the best experience possible.

In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and learning new things. She loves animals and strives to spend as much time outside as possible enjoying what Cache Valley has to offer.
